In this post I shortly describe the November rebalancing of the SIA-style Pension Portfolio (PP). For a detailed review of the most important market developments for November 2020 please refer to my Global Leaders Portfolio (GLP) rebalancing here.
The rebalance
The usual monthly injection of $1k was used to purchase GLD. SPY and EEM holdings were trimmed to sum up to just below 20%. Proceeds from SPY/EEM were spent to buy the dip in GLD as well as the long-term reflation story is still intact.
PP gained appx 1% since the last rebalancing done on the 20th Oct 2020. Contributions of the respective assets are: SPY +110bps, EEM +90bps, GLD -160bps, TLT +51bps.
Portfolio holdings are traded at the closing price on the rebalancing day presented by www.morningstar.com (which may differ from official closing prices given by appropriate stock exchanges).
